TURK is an Egyptian rapper and director based in Cairo, from the historical neighbourhood El Darb El Ahmar. He is recognized for his unique approach to creating music, his masked persona and his ever evolving visual art. Over the past couple of years, TURK has gained prominence and cemented a place in the Egyptian and MENA rap scene while being at the early stages of his career.

TURK officially embarked on his musical journey in 2022 with "Meswak," but he has been writing and recording music since he was 15 years old. Starting with trap metal in his early days and transitioning to more current influences of drill and rage, as heard in tracks like "PARIS" from the “2000GEN” EP alongside label mate Ziad Zaza and regional feature Dabl De. “2000GEN” was a pivotal moment in TURK’s career as the project saw him enter BillBoard Arabia’s Top 100 artists with “PARIS” ranking 10th on Spotify’s regional charts and trending globally on TikTok.
